Property
Management (part of our red package)
This package
includes:
Fortnightly visits to your property where we will carry out
internal and external inspections. We will email you a full
report, including any problems that we might find, and if
necessary we will arrange for quotations for the work needed, and
await confirmation from you before any work is carried out
Key holding - Your keys will be kept in safe location and should
you not use our transfer service will be available for you or your
guests from our local office during working hours, or by
arrangement, we can issue your keys to the company who will
provide you with your transfer. The person collecting will need to
provide identification.
We will collect your utility bills from your property and we will
arrange payment of them on your behalf, if you do not have a
standing order organised. All bills and receipts will be issued to
you.
Arrangement for cleaning as required, cleaning prior to and after
your guests have visited, also preparing your property for the
start and end of the season. Cleaning available for your guests
during their stay.
Arrangement of laundry service
Obtain quotes on your behalf for home and contents insurance,
including third party liability, ideal for rental properties, as
well as compulsory earthquake insurance. Policies taken with an
English speaking European insurance company.
